Chicken Sesame Toast Fingers

Ingredients
- 200 gms chicken mince
- 1 small-sized onion
- 2-3 garlic gloves
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- A pinch of white pepper powder
- A pinch of ajinomoto
- Salt to taste
- 4 slices white bread
- 3 tbsp seaseme seeds (white)
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation Method
1. Mince chicken again to make it into a smooth sauce.
2. Peel, wash and finely chop onion, ginger, green chillies and garlic separately.

Add chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, half an egg, soy sauce,
cornstarch, white pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt to the chicken
mince and mix thoroughly.
4. Whisk the remaining egg in a bowl.

Brush bread pieces with whisked egg and apply a thick layer of the
chicken mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and press lightly and
refrigerate for 15 minutes.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep
fry the prepared slices for two minutes on high flame, stirring
frequently. Reduce heat and fry further for three to four minutes or
until crisp and golden brown in colour.
7. Remove and keep on an absorbent kitchen towel.
8. Cut into finger strips and serve hot with spicy sauce.
